How Does Rheo's Continuous Improvement Platform Work?
Rheo’s Continuous Improvements software empowers Supervisors to make continuous, incremental improvements on the shop floor every day..
Rheo is a continuous improvements platform that enables Supervisors to perform Improvements rather than relying only on the Continuous Improvements (CI) team. Further, CI Engineers can coach and train supervisors on how to make improvements on the line.
As a result, the outcome is bottom-up idea generation from Supervisors, enabled by videos which provide transparency and drive the continuous improvements process through incremental improvements on the shopfloor.

Root causes that are captured and tagged in the system are automatically sorted, analyzed and prioritized in order of their impact as paretos. These automated paretos help supervisors understand the ‘why’ behind inefficiencies and prioritize Improvements in order of their impact.

Playback
The video timeline feature gives supervisors access to videos of all events or episodes on the production line that can be tagged. This provides clarity and evidence through specific examples.

Module
The Experiment module enables supervisors to initiate experiments on the Line, then validate, sustain and scale improvements with ease and accuracy. The automated Experiment Module greatly reduces the time and expertise needed to perform analysis. This makes it easy to scale improvements across the plant.

Studies
Rheo tablets coupled with wireless watches enable supervisors to conduct objective time studies on the shop floor and use it for Operator Flexing and Line balancing.

The Experiments module allows Supervisors to generate ideas, conduct experiments and validate them in Real-Time. Automated Improvement Action Recommendations enable Supervisors to implement Improvements.
Wearables
